Shipping policy

Orders placed before by 11 EST will ship the same-day. Most orders placed after 11 EST will ship the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days by Erotika Montréal.

If you are in quebec the package will usually be delivered in 1 to 5 business days depending on your address. For orders shipped to the greater Montreal area, packages usually arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Keep in mind that delays can happen with our shipping partners.

For the rest of Canada, packages will usually be delivered in 5 to 10 business days as we are shipping from Montreal.
